Update 2026-04-17 - Smarter scraping

I've shipped an update that makes the "amount of content" setting behave the way you'd actually expect it to, plus a couple of bonus improvements along the way.

Your item count now reflects real items

Before this update, when you asked for, say, 50 items, the scraper would look at the first 50 posts it saw, even if some of those posts were locked, hidden or didn't match the kind of content you wanted. The result: you'd often end up with fewer files than you asked for, with no obvious reason why.

Now, the count means what it says. If you ask for 50 items, the scraper keeps fetching until it has 50 items you can actually download. Locked content, mismatched media types and unviewable previews no longer eat into your "quota".

This applies to all three platforms: OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanplace and to every download type.

Per-type, per-kind clarification

The amount you set is applied per content type and per kind. For example, if you choose 50 items, both "Videos" and "Images", and both "Posts" and "Messages", you'll get up to:

• 50 images and 50 videos from posts
• 50 images and 50 videos from messages

This means you'll end up with max 200 items to download, which improves the value of the scraper and subscriptions a lot. Considering supporter max with 500 limit you could get up with thousands of items in one go.

Fanplace: videos in messages

Fanplace message downloads now properly support videos in addition to images.
