Free trials paused

I've noticed a growing number of signups abusing our free trial offer for the "Supporter Max" plan: most commonly by registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the trial period.
While there are some free trial abuse measurements in place, it seems it's not enough. To protect the sustainability of the service for our genuine supporters, I've made the decision to pause free trials until 1 October 2026.
What this means
- New Supporter Max subscriptions will require immediate payment: no trial period will be offered during this time.
- Existing trials that are already running will not be affected and can continue as normal.
What happens next
During this pause, I'll be working on a proper long-term solution to prevent free trial abuse, so I can safely bring trials back without it being exploited (hopefully). I appreciate your patience while I get this right.
